Another couple weeks have past....

Once again more blogging on it's way.  It was kind of a slow couple weeks, but it doesn't take much for a guy to wonder around to find some interesting things to do, and objects to photograph.  Enjoy.

London Egg

When I first came around the corner I only saw the building on the right.  And I couldn't believe something like this existed.  Then I saw what was across the street, and then what was on the corner in front of it.  The complexity of architecture within one block blew my mind.

Syn and I went to the Victoria and Albert Museum last weekend.

So here's another set of pictures in the life and times.  I did a lot of wondering around London this week and last, as well as my first proper country wedding out near where Syn grew up.  Enjoy.

Outside the British History Museum.

Your not allowed to take pictures inside, which of course I thought was stupid.  So I did. But they like to yell at you, so you have to be sneaky.

The pictures don't really do it justice.  Cause it's pretty amazing looking.  And huge.

British Telecommunications Tower.  I like the way the satellites are in the middle of the tower.  Makes it more interesting looking.

So obviously there are some amazing architecture, and buildings in London.  The Parliament building.  But it's an interesting view, cause most tourists don't come down this far along the river bank, cause there's not much else for them to see down here.  

Theatre.

I'm finding that the more you walk around, and take off shoots of the regular tourist routes the more interesting stuff you can really see.

It's odd, cause this house was surrounded by blocks and blocks of small apartment buildings.

Shaftesbury.  This is the village near where Syn grew up.

Syn's mom, just like my mom insisted on getting a pic of us looking nice, and dressed up before any alcohol was consumed.  It's almost like she knew what happened when I go to weddings.

First time I have worn a suit in years.  Getting some lovin' cause of it too!

The bride and groom.  We danced the night away.  The whole wedding, ceremony, dinner, and dance all took place in a barn.  It was pretty rad.

So the next few pictures are part of my, "Look Up" Series.  I'm finding being in a new country I'm noticing more things in my environment that most take for granted.  Every time I "look up" there's something interesting.
