Syn and I went to Wales for the weekend.  It was the Bank Holiday, so she got the Monday off work.  So we went road trippen'.  Saw some amazing things, great scenery, beaches, and got amazing weather.  The food wasn't that good, at the restraunts, but we hit a few markets, and had some local flavor, like Welsh Cakes, and home make cakes.

On the road to Wales.

The toll bridge you have to take to get into Wales.

We stopped for lunch along the sea.

Went for a walk down to the Harbor.

Checking out the island with an old building.

First stop Sun Morning was Prembroke Castle

The had some traditional dancing going on in the courtyard.   But it was kind of lame.

We found this beach behind the next little castle we saw and Syn wanted to go boogie boarding.

Walking down to the beach.  I went for a stroll and took pixs.

There where a few surfers too.

Wild seaside.

After surfing we drove to the hotel in Mumbles, just next to Swansea Town.

Check out the Welsh language.

We drove though Cardiff Bay and stopped for lunch on the way home Mon afternoon.

Syn has been pushing me into putting up my more "photographic" shots.  {I love the girl for being my better half}  Artistic some might say.  So here is the start of my collection.  Hope you enjoy.  I prefer sarcastic comments.

My so so called misc art shots.

So they say there are pubs on every corner. They might be right. The green awning with the 13 on it is the enterence to our flat. If you look down to the far right you will see the East Hill Free House, or pub. Closer than I would have ever thought I would live to a pub.

Later that afternoon we went back to Dorset {In the country} and found this spot high up in the hills and tried to fly a kite. Thanks to the help of another man who clearly knew how to fly a kite we where able to get the silly thing up in the air. Turned out to be quite a bit fun!
